John Kiddle

My teaching career started as a P.E. Teacher in a large comprehensive school. I was promoted to Head of Department in same school; during this time I developed the outdoor education programme to become a major part of the school curriculum, which allowed every child to partake in a summer camp and enjoy the local environment.

I am now retired and support Bikeability,  the government’s national cycle training programme. This programme helps and supports young people to develop practical skills and understand how to cycle safely on today’s roads.
